Do you want to be able to use the tyre for tubeless riding?
If you want to ride tubeless, it means that you're not going to use inner tubes. The tyre is to be mounted, air-tight, directly onto the rim and is to be filled with liquid latex. When small punctures occur they are immediately sealed by the latex.
